Week 3 Menu

This week we got:
kale
yellow squash
lettuce
snow peas
green onions
spinach
bok choy
fennel
dill
cilantro
basil
broccoli raab
turnips
scapes
It took a bit to plan this, but hopefully we can use everything. I am a bit hesitant with the fennel, though I may throw it in the gratin.
